Mondragon S.L. has a Quality
Department that allows us to verify, at
any time, the quality of the manufactured parts.
This department has got a three-dimensional machine
DEA, model IOTA 1204, to measure parts up to 2000x1100x400
mm.
In many parts, it is hard to get a manual measurement
of dimensions, so a specific software is required
to do it automatically. In Mekanikalan
Mondragon S.L., by means of the METROLOG
II software, we get the measurements against
a mathematical model. In base of a CAD design,
the measurement points are fixed and the programme
gets the measures automatically, showing data
on the screen and the corresponding reports. |
