Our Engineering Department is perfectly equipped in both means, humans and technics, to offer a CAD Industrial Engineering Design and a CAM Manufacturing Process in order to carry out any type of project linked with our activity, meeting fully the needs of our customers. To accomplish this task, Andarto is equipped with the most modern computing means in CAD/CAM fields, so it is able of handling and later machining files of different programs as CATIA, IDEAS, SOLIDEDGE, CIMATRON, UNIGRAPHICS, etc. For this purpose Andarto has got the suitable software for: - 2D Design - 3D Design - Surface Modelling - Solid Modelling - 2 & 3 Axis Milling - Two-Direction Converters of formats DWG, DXF, IGS, VDA, etc. - Post-Processors to CNC language for FAGOR, HEIDENHAIN, FIDIA, SIEMENS, etc controls. We got for handling this equipment with: - 2 posts CAD/CAM for dies design. - 1 post CAD for numerical definitions and geometrical creation. - 1 post CAM to generate 2D & 3D machining programs for CNC milling machines.
